Terrible workmanship

My wife bought a new wedding set from Jewelers 3 and had her grandmother's solitare stone mounted in the set. We then had her original diamond, a 1 ct. stone mounted in a pendant. Within two weeks, one of the side stones in the ring had fallen out. They stated it was her fault. We paid to have it replaced. Three weeks later, another side stone fell out; they replaced this one free (doesn't match the original stones). A few months later, she wore the pendant to dinner on a cruise. After dinner we changed clothes and went out on the deck to watch a movie. She noticed during the movie that the diamond was missing! Very luckily, I found the stone on the floor of our cabin. We took the stone, the mounting and two bracelets that Jewelers 3 had made for me to Southeastern Jewelers to have the stones replaced and reset. During all the trips to J3, we never saw a jeweler. Guess that says something about their customer service as well as their shoddy workmanship. Never again will I go there or recommend them.

HORRIBLE Experience

Do not use this jewelry shop for any reason. I purchased a ring there and they ruined my ring when I took it back for some work. The customer service was horrible as was the workmanship.
